woke up early to go to Germany's Rhine Valley
stopped at border
Bern wanted Pringles, but it was expensive
figured out optional excursions on bus
stopped again and had lunch
Harris was hungry so he ate Conrad's food
got into St. Goar and looked around shops (beer steins)
people went to taste wine but we didn't go
Bern and Dan had bad cheesecake
Harris took a nap
then we went on ferry ride down the Rhine
Bern talked to Joanie
went to hotel dinner
potatoes and sliced pork
Harris had lots of carrots, and Bern helped to separate them from the peas
storm outside so we couldn't walk up to the castle
so we watched soccer
France-Italy 2-1, close game
did email after waiting
Bern talked to girls and phoned home
